These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PRTECH.AI website (prtech.netlify.app) and any services purchased from PRTECH.AI, operated by Prakash, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

PRTECH.AI provides web design, custom software development, AI agent development, and SEO services as described on this website, including but not limited to Landing Page (₹999), Standard (₹2,999), and AI Agents (₹5,999) packages, and custom-quoted software projects.

2. Engagement & Payment

• All listed packages are single, one-time payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Custom projects are quoted individually and may require partial or full advance payment before work begins.
• Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be confirmed with the client before work starts. Any work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
• Standard project timelines are estimated at 2–4 weeks from confirmed scope and receipt of required materials from the client; complex custom builds may take longer.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access (domain, hosting, third-party accounts) required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website/software code is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party libraries, frameworks, or licensed assets, which remain governed by their original licenses. PRTECH.AI retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions during active development, as agreed per project. Revisions requested after final delivery/handover may be billed separately.

6. AI Agent & Chatbot Services

AI Agent packages involve integration with third-party AI providers and APIs. PRTECH.AI is not responsible for downtime, rate limits, or changes in pricing/policy by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq) that may affect the functioning of delivered agents.

7. Limitation of Liability

PRTECH.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites, software, or AI agents, including business losses, data loss, or downtime, except where required by applicable Indian law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
