Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services purchased through PRTECH.AI, including Landing Page (₹999), Standard (₹2,999), AI Agents (₹5,999), and custom-quoted projects.

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before any design/development work has started, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment gateway transaction charges.

2. After Work Has Started

Since our services are custom, time-based work, once design or development has begun:

• No refund is provided for work already completed.
• If you cancel mid-project, you will be billed proportionally for work delivered up to that point; any remaining advance will be refunded.

3. After Delivery

Once a project is delivered, approved, and handed over (or the domain/hosting has been connected and the site is live), it is considered complete and is non-refundable. Post-delivery revisions/support are covered under the terms agreed for your package.

4. AI Agent / Chatbot Packages

Because AI Agent packages include configuration, training, and third-party API integration work, refunds are not available once the agent has been configured and connected to your systems. If the delivered agent does not function as specified in the agreed scope, we will fix it at no extra cost during the 1-month premium support period.

5. How to Request a Refund/Cancellation

Email prtech.build@gmail.com or call +91 97873 61860 with your payment details and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domain registration, premium plugins, paid API credits, stock assets).
• Custom work explicitly marked "final" and approved by the client.
